Recurring house cleaning on your schedule

Keep your home consistently clean with maintenance visits every week, every other week or once a month — the same checklist each time, so nothing gets skipped.

01Overview

How recurring cleaning works

Recurring (maintenance) cleaning repeats our standard house cleaning checklist at a set frequency. Because the home never gets far behind, each visit is about keeping things fresh: kitchens wiped down, bathrooms disinfected, floors cleaned and dust kept under control.

You choose how often we come. Weekly visits suit busy families and homes with pets; biweekly is the most common middle ground; monthly works for smaller homes or households that keep up between visits. If your schedule changes, let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we will work out a new date with you.

04FAQ

Recurring Cleaning: common questions

Still have a question? Call or text us — we are happy to help.

Which frequency should I choose?

It depends on how many people and pets live in the home and how much you cook and entertain. Biweekly is a common starting point; we can adjust after a few visits.

What if I need to reschedule a visit?

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will find another date. Our full scheduling and cancellation terms are shared with your estimate.

Is recurring cleaning priced differently from a one-time clean?

Pricing depends on the size of the home, the frequency and any add-ons. We give you the price for each frequency when we prepare your estimate.

Can I pause or stop recurring service?

Yes. Just let us know in advance. We ask for reasonable notice so we can plan the team’s schedule.
