When a deep cleaning makes sense
A deep cleaning takes longer than a standard visit because we slow down on the areas that regular upkeep skips: the tops of door frames, the slats of blinds, the vents, the light switches and the grease that builds up on and around kitchen appliances.
It is the right first visit for a home that has not been professionally cleaned in a while, a good seasonal reset, and a smart idea before switching to recurring cleaning so every later visit starts from a clean baseline.

What is the difference between a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning?
A regular (standard) cleaning maintains a home that is already in good shape. A deep cleaning adds detail work such as baseboards, blinds, vents, door frames, cabinet fronts and appliance interiors. We wrote a full comparison in our resources section.
How long does a deep cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home and the add-ons you choose. Expect it to take noticeably longer than a standard visit. We will give you a better idea once we know more about your home.
Do I need a deep cleaning before starting recurring service?
We often recommend it when a home has not been professionally cleaned recently. It lets later standard visits focus on upkeep instead of catching up.
Can the final price change once you arrive?
Estimates are based on what you tell us about the home. If the condition on arrival is very different from what was described, we will talk with you before adjusting anything.
