Renovated bathroom with a white vanity, vessel sink and patterned cement tile floor

After remodels & renovations

Post-construction cleaning after your remodel

Once the contractors leave, fine construction dust is everywhere — inside cabinets, on every ledge and in the air vents. We clean it out so your renovated space is ready to use.

01Overview

Why renovation dust needs its own clean

Drywall and sanding dust is much finer than everyday household dust. It settles inside drawers, on top of door frames, in light fixtures and along window tracks, and it comes back if it is only wiped from the obvious surfaces.

Our post-construction cleaning works from top to bottom: high surfaces and fixtures first, then cabinets, glass, fixtures and trim, and floors last. Tell us about the project — a kitchen remodel, a bathroom renovation or a whole-home update — and we will plan the visit around it.

03FAQ

Post-Construction Cleaning: common questions

Still have a question? Call or text us — we are happy to help.

When should I schedule post-construction cleaning?

After the contractors have finished and removed their tools and large debris. Cleaning while work is still going on means the dust comes right back.

Do you haul away construction debris?

No. Large debris removal and hauling should be handled by the contractor. We focus on dust, light residue and getting the space ready to use.

Can you clean a single remodeled room?

Yes. Tell us which rooms were renovated and we will quote the work for those areas.
